We are very excited to share great news about our park!
We are completing an expansion with spaces for 39 more homes, doublewides and singlewides. Our court is the premier court in Scott County with security gates, paved streets, county water, and more. We include the water, sewer, and trash with your monthly lot rent.
New homes are going in with more coming. You can also choose a home from our sales lot!
